- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Reason for the return

3. Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
- Final Sale items
